The minutes from the December meeting were read. It was requested that they be amended. They will be resubmitted at the March meeting.
The minutes from the January meeting were read and signed.
Nine Motor Vehicle Abatement Applications were reviewed and granted. All related forms were signed.
One Veterans Exemption Application was reviewed and granted. All related forms were signed.
A contract with Mayflower Valuation was signed by the Board for consulting services for recertification with the DOR for Fiscal Year 2013.
Jessica reported on her meeting with DLS rep Jeff Reynolds as we set a schedule for recertification.
